Hi again,
A while back I thought I read a posting that listed the extras (with prices) that Fox Hollow offers. I have been searchin for over an hour, can anyone help me?
TIA
Genine

I don't feel like looking for that post. LOL. I have the extras sitting right next to me. Are there any that you are particularly interested in? Or do you just want to know them all?

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I have a silly question. On my paperwork it says that the final count has to match the seating arrangement. But do you include the vendors in the final count, if so those two will not match because I was told that they eat somewhere else which would mean they wouldn't be on the seating chart lol. Also I am doing these little martini glasses filled with hershey kisses and attaching the place cards to those, they want the place cards in alphabetical order, but that is going to be hard to do with the martini glasses. I can make the cards in that order but I dont know if they would want to put them on the martini glasses or not. Help!

oooh good question. I think everything has to go in a box when you drop it off the week of the wedding. We are thinking of attaching placecards to our favors as well so it would be hard to alphabetize. I think I will send an email to AnnMarie now and wait for her to get back to me. I will let you know.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Thanks, I also e-mailed AnnMarie today but I don't know if she is working on Sunday. She is usually pretty good at responding though! She had also told me that vendors are not included in the count unless you are below your minimum. We have to give them the number of vendors separately.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Ok, i'm going to try posting pics in here..

Here is the Garden Terrace room during an afternoon wedding.. 130 guests. Taken from the last table closest to the bars/music set up area. I had 14 round tables, each with between 8 and 11 per table. Note chair covers with NO sashes (if they're in the pic).. i was worried about that but didn't want to spend $ on it and i thought it was fine on the day of..

If they wrote it into your contract that is different. Like our BM told us that they were getting new chairs for the Garden Terrace room and if they didn't get the new chairs in time for our wedding then we could get the chair covers at no charge but he didn't write that into the contract and now he no longer works there. So, I hope they make good on his promise.
