Can anyone tell me the website address or any info on the other hotel sown the road from FH that provides the shuttle service. I think it's called Executive suites or Executive Inn. I want to include their information on my accommodations insert for my invites.

TIA

it's the executive Inn - they are owned by the Best Western down the road - so the contact is the same - Jessica for either hotel.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Just out of curiosity, is there anyone on this thread getting married at Fox Hollow on November 8th?

I rec'd a Facebook email from an old college friend, and coincidentally, she mentioned that her friend who went to college w/ us is getting married at Fox Hollow on that date. I didn't know her that well, but I thought that was pretty cool!!

And Jess, I said it on the other thread too, but CONGRATULATIONS again!!!!!!!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Can any past brides recommend any 'must take' areas at the Fox Hollow or on the grounds, for photos?? I know I definitly want to do one in our reception room before everyone actually arrives...and was thinking of taking a couple on the swing outside... any other suggestions??

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I don't know if you're staying at the hotel or not, but I've seen some brides take pictures like they will be standing downstairs and the photographer will be at the top of the staircase.. look below for picture because i am seriously horrible with explaining. But i really want to do this!! I'm sorry if I stole a couple brides picture- hope they don't mind!

Has anyone emailed Annmarie over the weekend and have gotten a response yet? I know I'm a little anxious and from what a few of you ladies have said, Annmarie is usually good with responding to emails. Isent an email asking a very important question and I just hopes she gets back to me.

I e-mailed AnnMarie over the weekend and got a response today, just wanted to let ya know! Did you hear from her?

Yes i did. She emailed me back this evening and we've been going back and forth. She really is on point. I actually just set my appointment with her for Nov.6 for our final arrangements meeting.

One question about that...this is just to go over things(set up, menu, linens etc) right? I'm not required to make any payments at this meeting am I?

No, no payments at your menu meeting. Final payment is due the week of the wedding. You'll be given a bunch of papers and be asked to call 10 days prior to your wedding from 12-8pm to give them a final number .. they will then give you your final amoutn due and you'll make an appt. to go to the fox hollow the week of your wedding. i am calling at 12:00 on the dot so that i can go on monday evening for my meeting - i am busy with other meetings the rest of the week!

Do i need to get in touch with them to set up my 2 month meeting (menu/linens etc)? If so who do i contact. I worked with David Guerin up until this point. Can someone let me know. thanks!

They will send you something in the mail telling you that it's time to finalize your menu. When you get that letter you have to make an appt to meet with either Ann Marie or someone other girl. Her name escapes me right now. I just got the letter in the mail 2 weeks ago.

does anyone know if you can send in more than the requested amount when the FH bills you? I'm thinking of submitting more than what they ask of me every few months just to get the payments over with.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

JMO - I wouldn't give them more than you have to...YOU NEVER KNOW what could happen before your wedding and then you might be out more money than you would like.

Maybe put the extra money it in a small savings every month.

Just a suggestion.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I'm about to call Best Western and Executive Inn for details about their group rates. I have rooms booked at the Fox Hollow Inn already but I would like to give my OOT guests an option. Do you guys know if there is a big difference between Best Western and Executive Inn? Which one is cleaner, nicer, etc?

Any info would be sooo appreicated!!
TIA!!!!

I think the Best Western is a little less expensive. I didn't visit the Executive Inn - but the rooms at the Best Western were decent.. the lobby was nice.

Its like any other bill, what ever you send in will be subtracted from the total.
