I booked my wedding with Frank, one of the head honchos at Fox Hollow. He's lovely in person, but his correspondance is awful....doesn't respond to email, i have to call him 3 times before i speak to him, etc.
anyone else having a similiar experience? How do I get someone else to work with me?

Now I'm worried!

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
I havent had any problems with Frank as of yet. I have only called him a few times and he was quick to return the phone calls. I never thought to send him an email.

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
I've only worked with Arthur and only had to contact him once or twice and he returned my calls rather quick.

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
We had a similar problem (I booked Fox Hollow briefly and then cancelled). We were working with Dave, and tried to email him, and the email address on his business card didn't work! We got the email sent back to us. It was really frustrating.
He was pretty decent about calling us back, but he was always busy when I called...

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
Actually, this has happened to me twice already. I e-mailed him back in September with a question and did not receive a response from him (thank god for you girls who answered my questions!) and I left him a voicemail this week and he hasn't responded yet either (he's not on vacation, he was 'away from his desk' according to the receptionist.) I'm a little upset because this is twice now.

Frank has been excellent with follow up. I haven't had any problems with him. He's always quick to return my calls.

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
I don't have Frank, I have Dave. Dave has always returned my calls and has worked with me on everything. I deal with him alot since I'm in GA, so there are alot of phone calls. Maybe you could switch BM's.

Re: Fox Hollow Communication
I originally had Frank Acierno, who later left, and then moved onto Frank Marino, who always responds.
I would definitely ask to speak to SOMEONE, if you can't get him specifically. ANYONE there should be able to help you.
