Hey ladies! I've been trying to come up with the exact amount that we have left to pay for. I know what my plates cost and that the ceremony is $750 but I'm forgetting all the other random things. Valet costs? Tips not covered by the service fee? Is there tax/service fee on the ceremony price? What am I missing? Thanks ladies!!!

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
I just booked last Thursday. When I asked about service and gratuity I was told that they would only expect me to bring 2 envelopes: 1 for the Maitre 'd and 1 for the Bridal Attendant. The amount would be at my discretion. Another RH I visited before booking told me that Maitre 'd tips are usually $3-5 per person.
Also, according to my contract parking facilities are included, but I am not sure that it included valet services. I suspect it does.

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
I think valet will be taken care of by guests.. and same thing for bartenders. Every wedding I go to, it doesn't matter... guests always seem to tip them.
Maitre'd is supposed to be $3-5, but they said just $500 (apx.) is fine... and the Bridal Attendant should be about $100-Up.. pending on the service I would assume. I'm bringing enough for 2 Bridal Attendants just in case.... with a big wedding.. they might have more than 1 person from what I heard (but Fox Hollow didn't say that.. a friend did). All other gratuity is included in the price.
Ceremony is Tax + Gratuity. I think it comes to just under $1000.

Thanks FutureWifey! Good points about the valet and the bartender. I didn't know about the tax + grat. on the ceremony. My contract only has tax + grat. by the per guest line. I thought the ceremony was a flat fee. Hmmmm...thinking.

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
It's most likely because of the set up and take down of everything.

True. I will put it on my list of things to confirm the next time I talk to Ken.

My contract is upstairs. Officiant is the only thing that I don't believe needs to add the 20% gratuity to.

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
I just got married at Fox Hollow and we only needed to tip the maitre'D and the bridal attendant. I was in the large room with about 190 people and I only had one attendant. They were both great! They were very attentive and worked very hard. We were told we didn't need to tip valet bc it was included. I'm not sure about the ceremony bc we got married in a church.

Good that they don't charge tax and grat. on the officiant...that would be sooooo wrong. Ha!

I noticed you used Tommy Tunes. How was he? FutureWifey and her FH may use him.

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
Hi, i have the same questions and I was told by Fox Hollow that the Maitre d and bridal tips are not included with the gratuity/service fee. We're doing our ceremony there as well and my banquet manager told me that it's 750 ++ (plus tax and gratuity which comes out to almost $1000).
Hope this helps!

Hi! I usually don't post on here but I just got married at the Fox Hollow and we had Tommys Tunes as our DJ/MC and they were fantastic!!! They played everything we wanted to hear and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! The Fox Hollow also did an amazing job! If anyone has any questions feel free to FM, I still come on here due to withdrawal of wedding planning!

Re: Fox Hollow ladies
Yes they added an extra part of the room with a private entrance and a private outdoors area for the pp who book that room and they redid the bridal suite..very pretty we fell in love with the entire place but that sealed the deal
