Fox Hollow Menu Appointment Question.

Hi ladies, I've been calling Fox Hollow since Friday to make an appointment to go over our menu. No one has called me back yet. I called three times. I have to speak with Jennifer. Getting a little annoyed. Anyone have a similar problem? I LOVE THE FOX HOLLOW but I don't like this not calling back business. =)

I emailed Jen and she responded within a day. I think I emailed her last week. I can FM if you want!

I'm going at the end of May. She told me I was 'too early' to come in, but I don't want to have any problems. did you get my FM?

Hi guys,

I got an email from them telling me to call/email to make an appointment -I emailed and Jen wrote me back the same day...this was mid-April and my wedding is on June 4 so looks you are right on time to me!!

that is annoying they aren't getting back to you but Jen is awesome!! super nice and accommodating

I had the same issue! I could only go on a Saturday and had that date in mind. I told them 2 weeks before, and kept calling/asking. Finally the night before someone called and said they could do it.

Don't stress. when I met with them to review the menu they calmed my nerves so much. everything I asked about they say 'we will take care of' remember you are paying them a ton of $ to take care of things!!!

I just got an email saying to call to make the final appointment, Im going to call tomorrow. Have you spoken to them yet?

What special things are you girls going to ask for? I have been thinking of the appt and stressing as well even though my wedding is after all of yours!!

I don't know what I was thinking I didn't ask for anything extra! But we did mention there was a lot of fish on the hors d'oevres list and Jen offered to switch it up for us w/o us even asking...we are getting chix quesadillas now instead of shrimp and pigs in a blanket and potato pancakes instead of one of the other fishy ones lol
