Franklin Wayne Band Brides .... I have questions (long)

I just got the list today to fill out and I am a little concerned. The list did not have that many new songs - which I know that the Band does -we heard it at the showcase. Also, they don't have our song - which I know that they will learn. But I also wanted some more Italian songs and waltz thrown in too - but I don't see that either. Plus, on the recommendation list - it gives you a place to fill out the first song, the bride and groom dance with their parents, and if you are doing the garter toss, cake cutting and bouquet toss. It doesn't ask for the entrance song, the last song, what song that you want to do during the cake, etc.... Should I be worried - I think I am going to have this huge attachment with our requests on the sheet and they are going to think that I am simply nuts! Aiyah! Help!

I am using them too. I am sure it wont be a problem to add that all in. Just add what you want. Give them a call and see if they can help you. If my list is like yours, I am going to have a lot of add on too. Which band are you using?

We had Timepiece for our wedding last Sept. They were wonderful. We made our own 'form' and reviewed it with Frank and the band leader. It included all our must play and do not play selections plus the ususal entrance song, first dance, cake, mom/dad etc plus a lot of general stuff we liked so they would know a little about our taste. It worked great.

I agree with Fran. I helped my sister with her list for Franklin Wayne Music 2 years ago and they were GREAT with all her requests and did everything exactly as she asked. This is one of the reasons I am also booking through this company. They are helpful, friendly and have the MOST talented bands on Long Island-in our opinion, after much looking.

Did you call and make an appointment with the band leader and Frank? They didn't give you a problem. Did you go to the showroom or did you speak to them during a showcase? We spoke to Frank prior to booking - he was really cool. I've been calling there and dealing with Heather.

I spoke to Frank over the phone, he assured me that everything would be passed on to the band leader. About a week before the wedding my husband spoke to the band leader (music was 'his thing to do')and went over everything. The day of we spoke to the band leader briefly before the reception. Dont worry they are a very professional organization and want to perform to your specifications.
