Yes when I called last night they switched to returning Tues. Thurs and Sat. Thats it for now. Don't go by the website though...it may not be updated yet. I would definitely call Air Tahiti instead of your Travel Agent to be safe. MINE didnt know about it. I had to have her call the travel company she booked with. They didnt notify her and left my return open ended!

I'm scheduled to depart for Tahiti on Sept 4th(monday) and returning from Tahiti on Sept 15th (fri) and getting back to NYC on Sept 16th..so are my flights cancelled now?

The direct flights from Tahit to NYC changed to a Tues - Thurs -Sat schedule. I was on a dierect return flight for 9/6 and had to add an extra day to leave 9/7 (thurs). Check with your TA. However I noticed Tahiti Air hasnt notified alot of the TA's

Just checked the Air Tahiti website. They have my flight scheduled; leaving LAX on a Monday.

Yeah, as of now only the direct flights have changed. The flights connecting in LAX stood the same. I know cause that was an option my TA gave me, I could leave wednesday but would have to sconnect in LAX. I couldnt do it because my FH is already upset about the 11-12 hr flight... if I pu thim on a 15 hr flight, we'd end up divorced by the time we got back he's very scared of flying, im gonna have to drug him

For those of you who are adding an extra night to your stay, are you going to be staying in Papeete your last night or are you going to be staying a day longer on another island? I wonder if its worth the hassle to maybe try and stay an extra night in Bora Bora (which is in the middle of my HM)

How much extra has the TA charged you guys for the extra night?

I think most of the 'chicas' are staying an extra night in PPT. as for me BB is the alst island we are staying in so I opt to add an extra night there. Originally I was in BB pearl and the TA said is would be an $343.50. But he also gave me another quote to switch to a better resort on BB with meals included.

I dont know about another night in Pappeete the last night. I havent heard to do that. I wonder if we should and if its worth it.

Denise, are you staying at the new I.C in BB?
Where are you staying in Moorea? I booked for the I.C. there too..but now I wondered if I shoulda done the Pearl or the Sheraton instead. My last island is gonna be Taha'a at Le Taha'a Private Island (definitely cannot afford to stay another night there).

If I add another night say in Moorea, will it cost extra to move all my reservations down 1 day?

This is all such a huge pain...
Is it weird that I'm more looking forward to my honeymoon than my wedding?

Ellen does caribbean.. she booked my sister's HM to Anguilla. And we are using her for my Fh bachelor party to Dr and mine to los cabos.

My package was origianlly 8K for 10nts... but we added and extra day and switched hotels so it went up
