Who has been your *rock* through out the whole wedding planning? Who do you turn to during the stressed times? I know most of you will say FH but who else has been your *rock* (if applies)?
FH is always there for a good laugh when I am about to breakdown and cry. I love him for that. BUT my Brother has been so active and so amazingly great with all the wedding planning (shocked, I know). Any questions or issues, I check with him LOL

I am super lucky that I have 4 best friends who are all married or planning their weddings right now. I can really go to any of them for advice if I need. One of them has even gone to a few showcases with me which was cool. We all have/will be in each others wedding so its like mini-reviews because we can just pool the vendors based on who used who and what liked/didnt like.

FH has been great, but my FMIL has been great too even though she lives down in FL most of the year when she is up here in NY or even on the phone e-mail i will run things by her or ask for her opinion.

My rock has def been FH....he listens to alll my craziness....I think also my friends...I blab and blab and ask wedding related questions and they never tell me to shut it.....ooo and my mom too- even though she's florida- she brings up good points about a lot of thing

Honestly, Nilla24 (Antonella) and I have been very good support for each other. One of my BM's likes to hear all about my wedding details, but other than that, I really am on my own.
Financially my Mom and FH's parents have been very helpful, but as far as listening to me/giving ideas, they are not hands on at all.

FH is a definite given, but when he's had his share of hearing about the drama, I talk to my FSIL. We g-chat basically every day and since she is getting married in Aug, we are always bouncing ideas off each other...don't know what I would do without her!!!

My friend Steph has been my rock thus far. She's been the one who seems most interested in my plans and excited for the wedding. She's always great to bounce ideas off of and I know she will always give me her honest opinion.

Funny, I was going to say you too Melissa!! Besides you and FH, I really don't tell any of my other friends about my wedding ideas/plans ...
And same with my mom ... she doesn't want to get too involved and wants me to make my own decisions ... but she's been great at listening and helping with dress shopping, etc.

FH is extremely helpful of course. One of my MOH's has been really helpful going everywhere with me. Honestly though you 2012 girls have been an extreme rock/life saver for me. I don't know anyone who has gotten married to learn from their experiences and I learned so much from you girls. From tiny things to make my wedding special, to what vendors to book, and wedding etiquette. I would be such a hot mess if I never found this site and probably be rethinking all my decisions. You girls make me feel confident and loved! So thank you for being my rock!

My mom and my FSIL are always there! My mom just loves to talk about wedding stuff and asks me such helpful questions! She told me one day, when I was griping because someone wan't as excited as I was, 'No one is going to be as excited about your wedding as you...except your mother.' So true!
My FSIL (a former LIW bride) is SO knowledgeable about vendors, fabrics, colors...you name it! She loves to talk wedding and I couldn't be more thankful!
Oh right...that guy I am marrying. He is a rock too, but since he is around weddings all the time, I take extra care not to overload him with details. I do most of the leg-work and present him with choices and he picks from the final two. It works for us!

As far as support goes, my mom and a few of my close friends have been very supportive and patient when discussing wedding stuff. My MOH isn't up on all this wedding stuff as far as the planning process goes, but she sits back and listens, which is a real help!

YOU GIRLS!!! You have all been so amazing. FH too!
But I would have to say my mom. Even though she has a tendency to be a Momzilla from time to time and has gotten me pretty upset about wedding stuff on more than one occasion, she has also been there for me any time I want to talk about anything wedding related. I mean for goodness sake she has listened to me ramble on about the pros and cons of personalized mint tins without falling asleep. When push comes to shove, besides getting married at the RH which I think she will complain about to the grave, she is very supportive.
