What are your thoughts on a friday night wedding or a saturday afternoon wedding? What would you rather have?

I prefer night weddings over day weddings but you have to do whats best for you. If you do it on a Friday night people will just make arrangements to leave work early. They have plenty of time to plan.

I'd rather have a Friday night wedding than a Saturday afternoon. We wanted a Friday wedding but since we are getting married at a beach club, they reserve Fridays for their member to dine. We are having a Sat. night wedding instead and I'm really happy about that!

We considered it but then thought about how early we need to get up to get ready for the wedding, expecially for me, hair, makeup and for the bridal party...so i'd suggest to go with Friday night.
