FH and I are looking at ways to save money and one RH was pushing Friday night saying that more people show up on time on a Friday than a weekend wedding. IDK.
Did any Brides do it? how was the RSVP-rate?
Any one against it? Thoughts?
I almost feel Friday is better than Sunday, because Sunday ppl may leave early for work on Monday.
I appreciate hearing any feedback on your feeling about this....even if you were a guest.

Well we are getting married on a Thursday night. Its going to be Memorial weekend & what I'm going to do is send out 'save the date, invitations to follow' cards4-5 months ahead of time so it gives my guest enough time to request time off from work, & we are saving ALOT of money by getting married on a Thursday

My wedding is on Friday. The way I see it whoever wants to be at your wedding will be. I liked it because no one has to worry about tommorrow. Saturday was too expensive and Sunday I was worried about the work thing. But do what you want dont worry to much people will come because they love you it will not matter what day its on.

I think a Friday night wedding is fine. I would def. going as long as I didnt have to travel too far (unless it was for a close friend or relative). Its a great way to save some money.
