FTMB- who has used them?

They contacted me about a week and half- a week before and sent me my box overnight by the Monday the week OF my wedding. They were behind schedule and did everything to get me my box on time. They were wonderful. They refunded me shipping costs, overnighted at their expense and gave me free embroidery on my wish box.
I would say email them letting them know that your wondering when your going into production because you are going to your hall on 'x date' to drop everything off. That's what I did about 2 weeks before and I was always courteous and they were BEYOND professional! Don't worry they will get it to you :) good luck!
