Fuller Longer hair in 3 months?

Is it possible lol and if so with what product do you ladies recommend! I had my hair trial yesterday and even with extensions I'm panicking that my curls wont hold and wont be as much volume as I want!

Take prenatal vitamins, you will get thicker hair and stronger nails.they are over the counter I believe.

I take biotin and prenatal viatmins. I also use all sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. Right now I love Not Your Mothers 'Way to Grow'... I use the shampoo, conditioner and the leave in spray :)

Also... stay away from heat abuse!
