**FUN IDEA***RH menu selections for guests***

I can get really creative when I'm bored LOL
I was thinking, I've NEVER seen a thread where people post their menu choices for the main course. This can help brides who haven't booked yet and we can have fun exchanging our menus! What do you think??????

9 Entree Choices

Fh and i first have to pick whether we prefer Filet mignon or Aged prime NY shell steak, but think we'll go with Filet Mignon

and here is the rest of our entree choices for guests

Chicken Sorrentino

Norwegian Salmon

Jumbo shrimp oreganata

Veal Boscaiolo

Roast long island duckling

Double Cut stuffed pork chop

grilled vegetable plate

Over stuffed Gigantoni(over sized rigantoni)

I think its a great idea. Especially since, say I post that i am offering the 'chicken whatever' at my Watermill wedding and someone had been to a wedding there and says that everyone hated it- then maybe I should change my menu item.

I will post my menu later. my weddign is 9 months away, but FH picked the whole menu already. He thinks his job here is done--lol

Our guests have a choice of:

Stuffed Shrimp with risotto and julienne vegetables

Long Island Duck a La Orange with wild rice and mixed vegetables

Dry-Aged Broiled Porter House Steak with frizzled onions, mashed potatoes and asparagus

Chicken Monaco wrapped in filo dough with mashed potatoes and asparagus tips

Norwegian Salmon with risotto and julienne vegetables

Striped Bass Marichari with rice and string vegetables

Vegetable purse for Veggie lovers or Vegetarians-wrapped in a pastry puff, served with potatoes

NOW I'M STARVING! LOL

I'm white trash, so we only have three entree choices. They are likely to be as follows:

Filet Mignon with a wild mushroom port wine sauce

Boneless ck breast wrapped in filo filled with spinach and fresh mozzarella

Stuffed Sole with Maryland lump crabmeat and baby leaf spinach with newburg sauce

We'll also have a vegetarian entree TBA.

Oh I didn't pay for the extra entree's. BUt i do know alot of places charge extra to add more entrees

Oh ok, I didn't know that places put limits on how many entrees to choose. I know that for CH the hosts choose from big lists, but I thought that RH's offer more to the hosts to offer to their guests. Interesting. That chicken in filo sounds great though!

Oh ok, I didn't know that places put limits on how many entrees to choose. I know that for CH the hosts choose from big lists, but I thought that RH's offer more to the hosts to offer to their guests. Interesting. That chicken in filo sounds great though!

I know! I could eat anything if it is wrapped in filo.

Shell steak served with Chasseur sauce

A chicken entree(I'm not sure which I want to do yet)

Salmon entree

Shrimp Scampi

Vegetarian entree

Chicken fingers and french fries for the kids :)


I still have to think about what kind of chicken I want. I changed up the menu a bit. Instead of tilapia I am getting salmon and I don't want french chicken so I need to choose another one.

Fox Hunt Chicken
Land & Sea Duette(Filet Mignon w/ shrimp scampi combo)

North Fork Vegetables

my RH offers 7 entree choices so we dont have to decide
guests get to pick from all 7
i dont remember what they all are

i know theres:

shrimp scampi
some chicken
prime rib
surf and turf
salmon

dont remember the other 2
