We only have a choice of three out of the big list.

Oh ok, I didn't know that places put limits on how many entrees to choose. I know that for CH the hosts choose from big lists, but I thought that RH's offer more to the hosts to offer to their guests. Interesting. That chicken in filo sounds great though!

Same with me...my mom used to make the BEST spinach pie..I remember helping her with each layer of filo...soooooooo fattening but so freakin' delish!

Filet Mignon with a wild mushroom port wine sauce

Boneless ck breast wrapped in filo filled with spinach and fresh mozzarella

Stuffed Sole with Maryland lump crabmeat and baby leaf spinach with newburg sauce

We'll also have a vegetarian entree TBA.

Don't feel bad- I only have 3 choices. Then again, my RH is in Suffolk- LOL

OK- now I am jealous. My RH only offers 3 (well a bunch, but we choose a chick, beef fish). I have never been to a wedding where the guests have any more than 4 to choose from.

Can I go to one of your weddings?

Appitizer: Long Island Veg. Tower ( a stack of grilled egplant, squash, zuchini, tomato and fresh mozzarella) or Hawaiian Pineapple Royale; Salad; then intermezzo

Filet mignon au Poivre (peppercorn brandy sauce)
Pollo Rollatini (chicken w. prosciutto & mozarella)
Herb crusted Salmon
or a vegetarian dish

OK- now I'm hungry

we had about 10 to choose from but we get to pick 4 so we are choosing:

Chateau Briand

Stuffed jumbo shrimp

Chicken cor don bleu

and

Poached Salmon

they great thing is they offer everyone seconds!!! so they can try something different I thought that was awesome! they can get chicken then salmon or beef then shrimp
