Fur Babies

Ok, I'm not gonna lie, but I'm kind of obsessed with my dog, DaVinci. I want to have him in the bridal party! I would love to incorporate him into the wedding without looking like a freak. Any ideas?

I mean.....look at him!!! I can't!

Fur Babies

I would love to have my little shih tzu in my wedding but I don't think the church & reception hall would be so pleased about that, lol. My mom and I decided to get her a cute wedding dress for the big day and she'll definitely be in some of my pictures when I'm getting ready!

I would love to have our puppy Carlos in our wedding but FH won't let me! We went to two weddings over the summer that had the couples dogs involved. One had a junior bridesmaid walk the dog down the aisle, it was so cute!!

We originally wanted to incorporate our chihuahua terrier, Tango, in our wedding but its a 45 minute drive to the venue and we just don't want to put him through that torture!

We just got a kitten named Comet and I wanted to include him by making a signature drink called the Comet-kaze. FH's expression pretty much told me we're not doing that.

Fur Babies

My mom was the one who told me that her 'grandpups' need to be in the wedding LOL

They're beagle mixes, so if someone walks by our window, they howl like wolves. I can't imagine what a nightmare that would be!!

I totally think you should do it! And put a picture of Comet on the signature drink menu so everyone can see him!

I wanted to make my 7 year old Cocker Spaniel named Slippers my flower girl. My mom looked at me like I finally lost it! She also barks at anyone who isn't in the immediate family (except FH because she's OBSESSED with him!!) so probably bringing her to a RH of 150 people isn't the best idea. So, I'm going to buy her a little doggie bridal gown and take pictures with her the day before the wedding! (Maybe I did finally lose it! )

Fur Babies

I was so against having my dog Brandi in our wedding until I saw some pictures my photographer took of a couple who had their chihuahua in their wedding. Brandi is a chihuahua yorkie mix - so she's pretty high energy and I don't know how well this would work. However, I will admit...I looked at dog bridesmaid dresses. I'm going to go hang my head in shame.

Fur Babies

Crashing this thread because I have 2 fur babies I'm obsessed with... A German shepherd and a pomchi. I could never NOT have them involved in the wedding but were getting married at a church and that just wouldn't fly.

Instead, we're hiring our dog sitter to bring them to Vanderbilt museum where were having our pictures taken between the ceremony and the reception. When were done she'll take them back to her house to keep them overnight.

I already have a bowtie and flower collar picked out for them. :)

OMGGGGGGG PLEASE do this with Slippers! You definitely haven't lost it - fur babies are so important to our lives! And I'm telling Kevin that people on here support the Comet-kaze so he's losing the battle!
