Where did everyone buy or will you buy the furniture? Are the prices that much different form store to store? And when is a good time to buy (what month of PG) Did anyone wait till after the baby was born to do the nursery?

I got mine from BRU. I think we had the crib and dresser in my 7th month

I got my set from BRU, but looked at BBB, Behrs and Bellini's. I ordered the set in my 5th month and it will be delivered in the next few weeks. We wanted to have the room painted before the furniture was delivered.
