we had a great trip and we put an offer on the house - we are in LOVE with it
the bank has until July 31 to accept or counter our offer....so right now its a waiting game....
wish us luck!! we are praying that they accept our initial offer.....
i tried attaching a few pictures - dont mind my paleness i cant go in the sun and b/c i have a biopsy today i wasnt able to do my regular spray tan either - so im really ghostly!
i have better pics at home that ill try posting later!

us in the front and us in the family room in front of the french doors that lead out into the back....
all this place needs is new paint - the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are corian and the color is so much nicer in person - we love it, the house has gorgeous 18 inch tile throughout which we also love and the bedrooms have cream colored burber carpet that is in great condition, it has an alarm system, sprinkler system for the lawn, recessed lighting in the kitchen/family room, overall the house has a lot of upgrades and its only 3 years old....so we are really praying that it works out for us....my parents love it too!
Hopefully they will take your offer...I'm sure they will considering the real estate market in FL.

thanks guys! its nervewracking because its a short sale so we have to wait a long time just to find out if our offer is good (because we are buying from the lien holder which is the bank not the seller) - then if that goes through we have to get the house inspected and hope that everything is ok because the house is sold 'as is'....the worst part is waiting because we both really love this place and would be so disappointed if it didnt work out....so we dont want to get to excited but we cant help it
