FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

I've been meaning to tell you ladies that I went to Barrons to see about getting my veil made. First, let me tell you that my bridal salon want $1500 for the veil I wanted. I want a cathedral length veil with 1/2inch of satin trim around it....nothing fancy or unusual. So I thought that was way to much money, therefore I went to Barrons. He said it would cost me $90-$100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe. It takes about 3-4months to custom make. Plus, he said to bring a pic of my dress so he can design it properly. He was great, I am definitely going back in a few months to order.

Everyone raves about this place. I gotta check it out. Thanks for the info. Have no idea what kind of veil I'm getting. Pretty sure I want a blusher....who knows.

Re: FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

thats awesome!! did he have a large selection or is everything custom made?

Re: FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

Thats great!! 1500 for a veil, are they nuts?

Re: FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

He can make whatever you want. I think everything is custom-made. He also asked for a swatch of fabic so the colors match perfectly. But he had a huge selection to choose from...like samples.

Re: FYI Veils @ Barrons Tri County

wow. i never thought a veil would be $1500. i think thats a little crazy. however, when my friend got married she bought a veil for $200 which she said she loved. then she found out her dress came with a veil. & she ended up wearing the free veil for her wedding.
