Garage Sales

So I wanted to get a little table and chairs (child size) for my new office. I also wanted to get a doll house to use for play therapy..

I'm thinking garage sales may be good to hit....what do you think?

How do I find out where there are garage sales?? I'm a virgin

newspaper...also check out salvation army stores, you can ususally find some good stuff like that there (I used to go there to buy set items and props for shows when I was acting/producing/running the theatre club in college, you can really get what you need for next to nothing...)

try craigs list. people sell everything on there. i think there is also a section about garage sales.

craigslist. go on the 'free' section. ppl give tons of stuff away.

i always post in that section when im doing a huge cleaning. i put stuff out on the curb and the next day, stuff is GONE.. even magazines on my bench. lol

also check out ebay.

Or just keep your eyes out on a nice weekend, they'll be signs up around on telephone poles.

omg, my mom sometimes drives by and sees something out on the sidewalk that someone is throwing away but is in good condition and tell me to go get it. I refuse!

That happens all the time on my street.

lmao adrian! fh's parents live in a relaly rich area. xmas 2 yrs ago we drove by to see the lights.. and the house 2 block saway threw out all their kids xmas toys!!! i guess it was a statement they were tryin to make.. maybe a family member gave it t them and they hate them??

either way.. we got a 100$ robosapien with a pack of batteries!

also.. my 500lb stone kitchen table. lol i saw it im liek dude get the fk out. i want it! lol
