I have been to posh a bunch of times, and rain once. IMO i think rain is just a lounge type area. we actually had my office christmas party there, and no one was too thrilled. they have a bunch of tv screens (for sports) and a huge bar and many tables, but it was really a suit and tie kind of place. this was a friday evening from like 8-12. Posh is really nice now that it is remodeled, it was nice before too though. They have an great VIP area, maybe you could look into 'renting' it out for the evening. Besides that though, its not much different than anyplace else. I dont know if you want to go into the city, or if you like 80's music, but one place me and my friends go that you are GUARANTEED to have an awesome time is the culture club!!!!! perfecttt bach. party place, you always see at least 3 girls walking around w/ veils on their head on any given saturday night hahaha. fm me if you want more info!
me and most of the girls would love to go into the city - but our bride to be wants to stay on long island - and we are not sure where else to go- i know mirage is great - but a couple of the girls are'miraged out' and want to go someplace else --- any other ideas for bachelorette parties on long island?
We went to Posh for my bachelorette party and had a BLAST!! We arrived by limo...not waiting in line, got in for free and we all got a free glass of champagne, which no one really drank cuz it was super dry. ICK. The music was awesome and it's such a nice place! It got a little crowded though.....
My friend is the lighting guy at Posh. That place is AMAZING!
