we're doing the garter toss and the anniversary dance. I figure one for the single people and one for the couples. I'm very accomodating..lol. plus my garter is going to be HOT! I'm making it myself.

My mom just asked me about this... and I said no. We don't have too many single friends, and an anniversary dance seems more appropriate.

I'm not doing it. I'm one of the last of my friends to get married...so it doesnt make sense to have 4 pople standing up there...plus it stops the dancing

We are! At my friends wedding I caught the Bouquet and my FH caught the garter, and a month later he proposed! We have to keep that tradition alive for the soul reason of that lol.

i dont know if i want to do it, i might just do the anniversary dance. my cousin caught the bouquet at my sisters wedding so then her boyfriend MADE SURE to catch the garter.. LOL

I feel kinda convinced that maybe we shouldn't do it....I like the idea but we are really the last to get married so who would really come up?? I'm wondering if I would miss it though if I didn't do it.

they have all the married couples come on the dance floor and dance. then they say if you've been married for 1 year... sit down.... 5 years sit down... all the way until they have one remaining couple dancing. they then get the bouquet
