You can do whatever you want with table numbers and as far as table set up...I am using my own table runners and they do not have a problem with it.

i think you can pretty much do whatever extras you want and they will set it up.
I have a question too- does anyone know if they provide any votives on the tables or if you need to supply them yourself or by your florist?

They told me that they have to put out the table numbers in the frames no matter what else I do. Which I would prefer to have the numbers on a stand or something because I want frames on the table for other things.
I was also told they put tealights on the CH tables, but I saw small table lamps there on Sunday before a wedding...

Yes they had the lamps on the CH tables when I booked. I was wondering if they could provide votives in the dining room, the wedding hall I used to work at did.

I didn't know they had table numbers that they insist on using. I went out and purchased really nice frames to make my own table numbers. I am going to have to call them to find this out. I don't remember then ever saying you had to use their numbers.

Yes I have the answer. The do have to still put their own table numbers on the table. They are like a 5x7 gold fram with a number in it.
I did my own table names however and it seemed to work out. I did tiny 4x6 frames (I sort of wish I did bigger ones but didnt want to spend too much money on them). Anyway - it all worked out and everyone found their seat!

They did not do votives on any tables (I had a day wedding). But I confirmed with them prior to my wedding and they said they have small lamps on the cocktail tables (which they did). I also had rose petals scatterd on the cocktail tables through my florist.
AND they do put fresh flowers on the passed hors de ovres trays. (You dont need to get those through your florist).
