Getting In Shape

Anyone have any recommendations for some sort of book or fitness guide for brides? Something that I actually have time to do and doesn't make you eat just like, ricecakes all the time?

Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE my Billy Blanks workout DVD's. They are AMAZING!!! Also, I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast and put fresh fruit and protein in it.

I've heard about it too! You should call your local gyms or even do a google search in your neighborhood

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Buff Brides . Very easy to do, you only have to buy a few things and I saw results in a few weeks (I did the crash program).

I second the Billy Blanks - I used those videos for my wedding.

The 'ultimate boot camp' is amazing for your arms. I loved how I looked in my dress.

I am still working out to those videos (though not as much as I did before the wedding)
