I started WW last thursday. Hopefully I will lose something my first week. I have been pretty good and started to go on my eliptical machine again for atleast 15-20 min each day.

I've been going to the gym at least 4x a week now and running 3 miles on the treadmill. I still do boxing with my trainer once a week and lift weights to help tone the muscles. I've also started working on the the stairmasters...I'm really trying to lose a few inches from my 'thunder thighs.' Hopefully by the time I go dress shopping I'll see results.

I hope so! I really feel the burn in my thighs so I know it really targets the area. I just hope I see the results soon.

It's really greaat for the arms. I used to have a lot of flab and it really helped decreased the inches and tone that area plus it's a great stress reliever. I want a strapless gown so I'm going to keep it up.

well the arms are the first place you lose weight and the body part you see results the quickest. I also have to really work my arms out

I need motivation. I am a self-proclaimed hater of exercising and any form of a gym or sweating!

I need to get motivated to start working out to tone the tummy and arms for the wedding . . .but it just is not happening!

You girls are awesome. In case you didn't see my other post...I'm definitely trying to get back into the groove. I seriously need to tone my body and get fit. I've been eating relatively healthy and want to start going to the gym again and feeling better about myself. I'm so excited to start!!

I'll probably end up doing a mix of yoga DVDs, jump roping when I don't have time to get to the gym, and various random classes plus weight training when I finally join a gym...

yeah when you lose weight its very likely for that to happen...but when you get smaller your breast will still be more proportionate with your body and when youre smaller your boobs can look bigger
