Typical stuff...avoid fast food and sweets...avoid white flour, switch to whole wheat or whole grain...the best is cut back on carbs all together...cardio and drink more water!!!I'm sorry this isn't more earth shattering but this usually does the trick when I am looking to loose a few pounds.

Weight watchers is the most realistic. It worksid you stick and kick up cardio to help lose weight faster. This has worked for me.

This!! WW and exercise was the only thing to ever work for me. I need to get back on it myself.

I agree with this! i've started to follow it loosely and have been losing just a little bit each week but with the new year approaching i'm going to really buckle down and be strict about it. if you follow the program its actually really easy to lose weight.

Count calories using myfitnesspal and burn calories. I've been trying to stay under 1000 cals a day it's hard but it's working. I'm on the small end so 1000 isn't too much of a push for me.

MyFitnessPal is great! My BM and I are getting back on it January 2. I'm also working out 3-4 days a week. I've started doing weights again and I'm incorporating interval training into my workouts.

Look up Whole30 - it really is a lifestyle change but if you can make it through the 30 days, (eating healthy foods, not starving yourself) it works wonders. Also look up the app GymPact. You say you are going to go to the gym, say 3 times a week and if you don't, it charges your credit card a set amount ($5 or so).
I'm getting married in 10 months and have a looong way to go...

Getting married in 5 months and need some weight loss tips!
My sister bought me two months of bootcamp over the summer at Rock Your Body Bootcamp in New Hyde Park. Mike, the owner, is always running groupon deals and contests. I kept it up in September and October but Sandy screwed everything up for the first half of November plus things are getting hectic at work as I am the musical director. I probably won't be returning until around April which will give me three months of intense workouts! I will return sooner if Mike gets the new space he's hoping for which will be closer to the train station for me to walk and my sister or her boyfriend will bring me home. In the mean time I'm trying to make good food choices, but the holidays haven't made it easy. It's all about choices but since I purposely orded my dress one size too small, I have now choice...lol Check out www.rockyourbodybootcamp.com and tell them Adele sent you!Welcome New Vendors
