I was on the pill for 10 years and have been off of it for the past 4 months. I gained 10 lbs so far!! I also have cramps that make me wanna commit suicide and my boobs shrunk. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What pill were you on? I'm super afraid of this.

Yes it is horriable....waiting till the wedding is over then coming off it...I to am supposed to have my period on the honeymoon.

Got off the pill right after college -I was experiencing so many side effects and you DO gain a bit of weight..its very gradual,,.but its mostly water weight around your abdominal section that tends to get worse the longer you are on the pill.
I ended up staying off the BC and used condoms for many yrs (and still do). I am considering getting the patch or one of those Nuva-Rings that don't carry hormones...

I want to go off the pill b/c Ive been on it forever but I thought I would lose weight.....NOT gain it!! WFT that is not cool. Doesn't the pill add pounds on?
