Getting Shoes Dyed

Does anyone know where I can get shoes dyed that were not purchased at the place? I have the shoes but have no idea where to take them. (Good thing I waited til 12 days before lol)

Sandy shoes did it before they were bought over, it was like $20. Check them maybe they still do it.
