I am not a huge fan of this girl but tomorrow is her 25th birthday. She is nasty and not very helpful, but I get the idea that it might be because I am younger than her and she reports to me. Anyway, any ideas? I was thinking about a spa gift certificate, but it doesn't really seem like her style. Any ideas??

does anyone else feel funny giving GC for presents? i love receiving them, but feel weird giving them because the value is so obvious. am i crazy?

I think a GC is a nice gesture for someone that doesnt know you well. I prefer getting a gift that has thought put into it, and costs less than a GC would!
