did u girls give ur bridesmaids gifts when u asked them to be in ur bridal party??? i thought that was just done at the end b4 the wedding???

I didn't give a gift when asking - I just gave a 'Will you be my Bridesmaid' card to FSILs. the other girls I just asked.

No, I was thinking about making them all t-shirts but then I got lazy.

I just had 'Will You Be My Bridesmaid' cards made for everyone.

I didn't give any gifts I didn't even ask anyone, all the girls just knew they were My sisters and 5 of my friends since we were 10. No need for me to ask

i felt the same way, they all already knew too! maybe ill get them something small for the engagement party..hmm.

I got specially made cards and will be giving them those with a cookie that says 'will you be my bridesmaid' this weekend at our e-party. It's a gift I guess, but not anything significant.

they all already know whos on it, but any ideas maybe for something i can do special at the engagement party? something not expensive though lol. i will be giving them a gift at the rd which is a while away lol.

I'll just be giving them gifts at our bridal party brunch (not having a RD).

We just threw a party at my house and got it catered for the whole bridal party and their Bf's /Gf's and gave them pop up cards we made with a poem we made up. Then at the eparty we got them gifts- I got the girls team bride shirts & my mom and FMIL and Anthony got the guys beer mugs that were engraved. There are pics in my album if you wanna check em out

I gave them a pretty frame and had printed on pretty paper 'Will you be my bridesmaid?' Put inside the frame.

i tried looking up frames, where did u find them> i have ALOT of girls in the bp so i cant have anything too much bc i will be giving them something at the rd

I made tankt tops with bridesmaid on it for my BM's and made cards for them and mailed it together (since they are all out of town). So a small gift.

No, I just asked them....You're right, they're usually given out at the RD or at the end of the wedding journey
