Girl kicked off plane for her outfit

that whole thing is just nuts.. how dare they embarass her like that..
i hope she gets something out of this since they seem to think they did nothing wrong!!!!! What a jerk..and the airline is stupid for sticking by him... i wouldn't fly with them if you paid me..and if i did i'd make sure i showed up in my bra...then they'll see innapropriate...lmaoo

how about thw world worry about other stuff, like focus on what kids wear in school and stop worrying about silly things like that! when i worked in a middle school girls would wear skirts that were so short when they walked down the hall they would have to hold the back of their skirt down. On a plane I think as long as you are not exposing any part of your 'private areas' it should be fine.

I saw her interview and she was so concerned about getting to her destination she just wanted to comply.

How can an attendant tell you go buy clothes so you can fly b/c this is a family airline...She wasn't completely bare.
He said her outfit was too provocative...but I think anything she wear will look like that because she is a fit and beautiful girl.

Its bad that now people need to not only worry about what they carry but what they wear. and like many of you said maybe after that A&E special the airline might be doing it for publicity purpose


Who knows...I just thought it was absurd she had to go through this

Well they have dress codes but the kids dont care and wear it anyway. When somone complains or admin sees it they call home or make the kids wrap a shirt around them. But even if they wear more approrpate clothes these kids strut around like they are sex. symbols in school and its really nauseating!

I saw this on Today..... I also believe that I read somewhere that the outfit was worse (i.e. her shirt was up, her skirt was higher.....etc.)

I say, who cares? If you can't see boobs or vag, I couldn't care less what she's wearing!

i think that is ridiculous that they asked her to get off the plane for her alfit...jesus she didnt have a freaking bomb or something on her!! Leave her alone and worry about more important things seriously!!

and denise you said a mother was kicked off the plane fbecause her baby was crying- WHAT IS WITH PEOPLE THESE DAYS!!! Its a baby its going to cry she paid her money to be on that flight suck it up no one likes a crying baby on a flight but she has the right ot be there!!

I thought it was absurd that she was called out. I also find it hysterical that Southwest (that's the airline this all took place with) deems themselves a Family Airline, yet they sell alcohol on their flights. So they let their families be subjected to alcohols and drunks, but a girl wearing weather appropriate clothes is a no-no

ETS- back in the day people would actually dress up for th plane, now people usually just want to be comfy. I usually just wear sweats and a t shirt.
