Are you sending your guests home with the dessert? Does your RH provide the boxes? if not, where did you get them?

honestly, I don't remember what our RH said... I dont thnk they provide anything... which is going to stress FH out MORE because I'm going to insist on purchasing containers....

maybe I'll buy them and not tell him.

btw, do you think it's tacky if there won't be any favors? i mean, the viennese dessert that we're getting will have TONS and TONS of sweets that i'm sure guests will be super-stuffed!

not at all. We're doing the boxes for viennese, matches and a donation and I almost think thats too much

same here. we are making stickers w/ our monogram to put on the box lids

I ordered boxes from papermart.com. It was like $60 for 250 of them.

ETA: I also bought avery shipping labels and made stickers with our monogram for the top of the box.

yes if they want to they can, the rh provides the to go boxes and puts each guests with their valet so they dont have to lug it out.... serriouslylove them for that!

I went to a Christening at Russo's in Jan and that was one of the coolest things!!!!!

hmmm never heard of the box idea. having lots of food but didn't plan on doing this.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask until AFTER I was all done. But they told me they've done this in the past and it's no problem at all.
