Thats the thing we aren't either. I am leaning towards not having readings and doing one of those instead. Plus I do not want a long ceremony.

i dont know what the hell we are going to do .....i want to do the hand ceremony i think - but maybe re-write some of the words with our officiant - and have her do it as more of a prayer....

and i didnt even think about readings yet! ive never even been to a ceremony at a RH but I am having one b/c I didnt want to do the Church thing - I'm a mess when it comes to the ceremony!

I am...i'm still having a traditional ceremony, even though I only have 30 minutes for everything. My pastor is going to give a brief message instead of a full out sermon...and my reading is just one verse long.

I haven't really begun to think about this yet, but I think I want something like this. My FH wants a super short ceremony, so I think one reading will be all he'll sit for :) I would like the 'love is patient' one ... as often as it's read... I love it.
