Is there a general tip that is standard for the vendors?
Since moving up the wedding, I need to get all this in order!
We want to start making envelopes each week we get paid, so I figured I'd get a head start to see how much we will need for each!
Help me with a list PLEASE!

I can't believe I haven't bookmarked but this is what I remember reading others were doing
MD between $3-7 per guest (Check with your RH) Bridal Att. $75-125 Photo $100 main photo $50 asst Video Same as photo DJ $50-100 Flower deliver 10-20 ETA: Limo $50
I'm sure I am leaving people out but this is what I remember off the top of my head

Hmmmm...I never see the bride or groom when I deliver flowers! No tip for me!
i wouldnt top the maitre'd $3-5 per person honestly i dont think that they deserve or do enough to make that much... thats close to $500-600 and i think the bridal attendant does more for you (working as one in a catering hall before). so i would tip the bridal attendant $150-200.
