Oh I'm sorry - Didn't see the 'help' was a link. I think he probably only recently started again and hasn't for the last 4 years. Before you get too upset, I'd sit him down nicely (don't make it an attack otherwise I'm sure he'll shut down.) and tell him that you're concerned that he's smoking again.
