Definitely look into Old Field Club in Setauket!!! It is absolutely beautiful and it meets ALL of your criteria. Instead of one wedding at a time they only have one wedding PER DAY so you can choose your event start time. Let me know if you have any questions.

I agree completely with the Bourne Mansion suggestion - definitely gorgeous, perfect for your headcount and budget. And if you're concerned about the food you can sample it before booking.

The Vanderbilt Mansion, Old Field Club, and if you are willing to go to Nassau The Fox Hollow has the most gorgeous room I have ever seen (It's called the winter garden pavilion I believe).

I was going to say old field club too. Ive never seen it in person, but it looks gorgeous from the pix! If I was getting married in suffolk, i would have defffff looked there!

B/c I know Giorgios is fairly inexpensive...we also looked at Sole East and loved it, but were afraid of it being too cold at night in the tent for the old people!

lands end? atlantis marine world? hmm.. we only looked at two halls out in eastern suffolk. I don't think you want majestic gardens or west lake inn...

Look into Flowerfields its in St.James and it is only one wedding at a time my brother got married there and it was so nice.

By the sounds of it, I think you would really like Old Field Club or Lands End.....Lands End was actually one of our top picks but it didn't work with the budget.
