We're having them - our latin families will probably love 'em. Also, our wedding is the first big wedding in the family and no one ever has big parties or sweet 16's or anything, so it's not like they've seen it done before.
But yeah, NOTHING blowup. Don't personally like those.

I opted not to do them because I felt like I could use the extra money in better ways.

no offense, but i think of them as more of for sweet 16's and block parties, not for weddings.
but some people LOVE them...so if you DO love them, then go for it!!

I don't mean to be mean with this....but they remind me of a sweet 16.....if you really want to do them....I would stay away from Leis, sunglasses....morrocos (sp), glow anything, etc.... My sister actually did cowboy hats and they went over pretty well....but overall, i'm not a fan!
