girls who did / are working on their reviews

were you 100% honest? There's a vendor I used that was so sweet and really worked with me but I don't think they did the best job. I feel bad saying something like that in my review. I was thinking of just omitting them completely? Was anyone else in this situation?

i think you should be honest, if you dont want to get into it in the review, you can just say something like FM me for details....or just write the name and what they did (like photo/DJ/make up) and no details....people will notice that you didnt write anything about them and will probably FM if they want more info....

i noticed things like that in other peoples reviews and FMed them

yea I was thinking this but I don't want the vendor to know I didn't think they did a good job because it wasn't like they were lazy and didn't try. I just didn't like how they performed, ya know? I know i'm being ridiculous!

touche. I wouldn't recommend them and if I was talking to someone in person and not broadcasting it across the internet I'd tell them exactly how I felt. I wouldn't want another bride to be unhappy

i think u should be as honest as you can without bad mouthing them. Reviews really help girls when choosing vendors. Just say what they did, and how u think they can improve for the next bride.

I say be honest, include them, but maybe don't add a grade or however you are reviewing your day. I have one vendor that did not meet my expectations, but I know that they have met the expectations of others- even LIWers. If I still decide to do a review for this particular vendor I would definitely emphasize that it doesn't mean they aren't capable of doing a great job at whatever it is that they do, just in my case, it didn't work out as well.

I vote for honesty too! I don't think you should totally trash someone unfairly i.e....they were horrible!!! wrecked my day!!! and i wish them death!!!...but i think a simple 'i would not recommend them, please FM for details' would be fair.

I have the same problem with 1 vendor. He was so nice to work with and I'm sure he couldn't help what happened. I am going to be honest and tell the truth but since he was very nice, I will be lenient when rating them.

Maybe give grades and just say that the service was good, but not up to par w/ what u expected.

In not one to talk though b/c I havent even posted my review from 6 months ago

I feel the same way. I'm probably not going to write a review because there are vendors I wasn't completely happy with, that weren't 100% awful, but I dont know what I would even write

but there were so many vendors that really pulled their weight that day, I want to give them the proper recognition too. There are also a lot of bad vendors that I am not holding back with, they were just terrible and I feel that they should be put in the review too. It's the in between that's the issue. I'm glad it's not just me that has this problem!
