when did you start eating normal foods again other than soup or soft mashed foods

i wasn't eating real food for about a week...i was up moving feeling fine right away(just looked like a chipmunk) but the real foods hurt....one of my ex's however was in bed for like 2 weeks when he had his done

2 days later... and i had all 4 taken out at once!
day before valentines day haha...
it wans't too horrible once you can take out that packing stuff....
hang in there! just think it will all be over in a few days
just do alot of sleeping and catching up on tivo

Don't worry...most people heal quicker than others. It really matters if they are impacted and touching a never or not. Mine were not impacted...

now remember-- mine was the worst case in history and i had dry sockets...

but i did not eat ANYTHING besides milk shakes (and even that took me about a week)-- before that it was just trying to swallow apple juice whole...

but i was able to eat a lobster tail (vinny brought it home for me b/c it's soft and delish) VERY slowly and carefully (and again trying to swallow it whole piece by piece) after about just shy of three weeks-- that's why i lost 20 pounds LOL

FLUIDS ONLY DIET lol

so far i have just had soup, mashedp otato and took a very soft danish and eat it in tiny pieces but i dont chew just swallow it. i'm not sore but dont want to chew in case it will do something to that area. they said it takes 5 days for stitches to dissolve

It took me a while to start eating normally. I remember that I had a week at home before I went back to college- I was eating most things, except for things you really had to chew like salad. Give it a few weeks to get completely back to normal, especially if you had all 4 out like I did. Enjoy the ice cream while you have an excuse! and feel better soon

about 3 days but I was stupid. I had broccoli and my sitches came out and I then had to fish little pieces of broccoli out of the huge hole in my mouth!

Sorry I know its gross! Just be careful!

it took me about 3-4 days. and i took all 4 out at the same time...

3 days later, it wasn't bad at all, I had 2 taken out each time and I healed pretty quickly. The only thing that bothered me was my jaw, it was very sore.
