I just recently been prescribed glasses, not realizing how blind I actually was.

But, I have a fear of putting things in my eye, and I was wondering how many of you out there are wearing your glasses the day of?

I had purposely picked a reddish color in case I end up having to wear them lol. thanks!

I got contacts because I knew I did not want to wear glasses on the day of. I do not wear them every day, but try to wear them a couple of times a week to get used to them. It was challenging in the beginning but as long as I have a mirror in front of me then it is not that bad putting them in. If you are leaning towards trying contacts then I would say the sooner you get them the better! Whatever you decide, I am sure you will look fabulous that day :)

i think you should look how you normally look.

so if you only recently started wearing glasses, go without them for the day. you can deal w/o them for a day right?

Ive worn glasses for the last couple of years, Sometimes I wear contacts but Im too lazy to put them in all the time. I wont wear glasses day of- I get tired of wearing glasses all the time.. But if you have always worn glasses and you identify yourself with them then you should do whats comfortable for you. You still want to look like you -

it's your wedding, do what you want. I got contacts because I wanted to see everything the day of, but refused to wear my glasses.

you could always just take them off for the pictures
