Girls With Mermaid/ Trumpet Style Dresses
What kind of bustle are you doing? I'm at a loss. I don't like any of them.

I'm doing a french bustle - did you look into that? I think it's sooo pretty

I did, I just don't think it looks right with my dress. There is a ribbon at the knees with a bow in the back so I need a bustle that is below that.

I hate them! I picked a mermaid dress with no train purposely so i didn't have to bustle it!

I see what your saying w/ the bow on the bottom - talk to your dress store & see if they have any suggestions

That's also the one I chose but keep in mind that it might look different b/c of the material. Her dress looks like it's taffeta.

Thanks girls for the posting, I haven't even thought about bustling... just called my tailor right now and they said I don't have to make an appointment until 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
