FH left for a two day trip to Texas. No party for me though... have to hit the books. I'm teaching college Eco and it's killing me.

Deb, keep up the quotes from the fifth graders. I've been teaching h.s. for 11 years and yes, I could have written several books by now. You should see what they write on the Regents exams.

Haha - I will! I've got some characters in my class, I'm sure I'll get one at least every other day or so. As for what's been written on exams, my friend had a few gems from her 10th grade bio students when she student taught.

and we're having a 'breakfast' at work in honor of 'National School Counseling Week'

(although I have to miss some of it because I have a parent appointment! but I can go grab a muffin first! )
