Go me Go me Go me!!!! 1 month Smoke.....

Free!!! Thank God for my DH!!! He has been giving me such wonderful support!!! Today is not only one month since we got married, it also one month since I have smoked a smelly cancer stick!!!

Yey!!! I am going to live longer now!!!

For those who want to quit, you can. It just takes courage and strength. But you can do it!!!!

Thanks guys!!!

I promised my daughter and my husband that I would stop smoking on our wedding day. The last cigerette I had was before I put my dress on.

When I told my daughter the next morning that I quit, she jumped up and down and hugged me so tight that I almost fell over.

After her reaction, I knew there was NO WAY I was going to slip up. And the fact that they are so proud of me makes it so rewarding!!!!
