Watching the game with FH right now who is a Giants fan.
But earlier I went to watch the Patriots game at a bar with some family and friends and my Dad was wearing ALL of his Green Bay Gear.........among a SEA of Giants Jerseys. Was actually funny cuz when he walked in half of the place got quiet and one guy said to him 'Wow, you have got balls, you must be carrying a gun'. My dad was like ' Actually, I am' After that two other younger guys unzipped their sweatshirts to reveal their packers jerseys.

I LOVE doing that. A month ago, FH and I went to Cameron Stadium to watch Duke v. Wisconsin in basketball. It was awesome the number of Wisconsin fans there. There was definitely some good natured razzing (especially from my FH, who went to Duke!), but it's all in good fun. I was initially afraid I would be shot!

Anyone else excited?

I have to confess that i will be very excited once football season is over! FH is an ADDICT!!!! I made a deal with him that after the holidays I would not bother him with wedding plans, but once football season was over, he had better get his tush in gear
I do enjoy the excitement of a good game sometimes tho.

I AM!!!!

FH has been a huge packer fan since birth. He actually went to a game out at Lambeau with his all his friends in Nov. for Part 1 of his bachelor party. He's so excited right now I can't even tell you. I'm so nervous.

Woohoo!

I'd be more excited if I didn't feel sick and wanted to get a drink but a sweet kitten is sleeping on my legs and she's too cute to disturb...guess I'll stick with watching the game!

Tell me about it! I had my wisdom teeth out this week and I'm still in a lot of pain...so I'm laying on the couch with some Vicodin in me and a heat pack on my face. I can't even cheer when something good happens! Not the way I'm used to watching a Packer game!

Let's add to the picture by saying the said kitten has had some gastrointestinal issues this weekend. FH and I had a few moments where she was sleeping on our laps and we both turned to each other asking, 'Ew...Did you do that? I didn't do that!'

So I'll probably gain some energy once she has another bout of GI distress.

Yes. She's awfully lucky that she's cute.

I think cuteness in cats is some sort of evolutionary defense to keep their human masters from throwing them in the garbage when they're irritating or gross.
