Petite is out for the year with a bum elbow.

Houston and St. Louis is going to play a game7. Even though I predicted Houston to take it... Clemens starts Game 7.

Ok missed the part about Pettite but still- I miss him and that intense stare!

At work today the secteraties had one of those life size cut out of Jeter in the office hoping that would help

We all had to rub him for good luck, guess it didn't work

Geez anyone want to borrow my husband for the next couple of weeks because it will not be fun around my house for a while-- Also I have a mother up for grabs for the same reason!

ok i am a yankee fan an big one at that and i live here in maine but i have to say sox fans are by far bigger fans then new york fans......if you goto fenway they dont have tv's telling you to scream, sing......ect.....no bells and whistles there....now dont get me wrong this game is killing me, and i am REALLY going to hear it tomarrow at work....but come on people give me a break, they are just better then a-rod and the rest......

I really wasn't going to come on here all night, because I figured the ANTI-YANKEE fans would be having a field day ... esp given the present score

You called it, girl - Damon is on fire. I cannot believe it. I even turned to DH and said 'one of my Yankee friends on the boards predicted that Damon or Ramiez would come on fire tonight' He just did one of these

The Yanks are dead at the plate. They cannot hit at all. Its pathetic

I don't see them coming back from this. There is only so much hope a fan can have before dealing with reality. I am dismayed, but given the last 3 games it really isn't a shock, is it?

And yes I predicted Damon-now I'm kicking myself for it.

But I also said that 1-4 in the Yankees would wake up and they haven't yet so let's hope they do REALLY soon. It's hard to keep the faith right now but it's not over till it's over right?

This game is reminding me of the spaking that Florida handed the Yanks at the deciding WS game last year.

Lowe is reminding me of Beckett. John pitched on three days rest last year and was dominant. How Lowe is doing this on only two days rest is baffling. Its all adrenaline.

Sounds just like my mom!!! I talked to her after the 2nd and haven't heard from her since. Hubby hasn't called from the game again either.
