Going dress shopping this weekend any Rants/Raves about the following shops?

I've made appoinments at:
Adrienne's Paradise Bridal Helen's Wedding Center in Commack (not to be confused with The Wedding Center of Commack!)
I'm pretty familiar with Adrienne's but not really with the other 2. My mom baught her gown for my sister's wedding at Paradise and said it was fine but that was 11 years ago so any info you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

I can comment about Helen's had to order my bm dress from there for a memorial day wedding. The service was great....and my sales person was Toola, I think that's how u spell it. She's very nice and helpful.

I went to Adrienne's and the worst experience ever. It actually was the first time I ever went dress shopping. They only showed me 2 dresses and the attendant said that is all they have . She didn't want to show me anything else. Paradise bridal- they were really nice. Josephine showed me alot of dresses and even called me to tell me that they were having a trunk sale.

I went to Adrienne's and the worst experience ever. It actually was the first time I ever went dress shopping. They only showed me 2 dresses and the attendant said that is all they have . She didn't want to show me anything else. Paradise bridal- they were really nice. Josephine showed me alot of dresses and even called me to tell me that they were having a trunk sale.

I of course believe you with adriennes, however i also cant imagine a place only showing you two gowns and saying thats all they have since there are literally rooms filled with gowns...thats really terrible! I went there and the owner was great, tried on so many gowns, and by the way i had no appt and it was a saturday but they were friendly and helpful... I am sorry you had to deal with that there, but i am glad you found another place that made you happy!
