Its a morton ranch and it sounds nice, but I seriously HATE this process..

Ok, so we we winded up looking at a COMPLETEY different house and I love it.. although it needs MAJOR updating, it doesnt seem as if it was updated since the 50s but thats nothing a little paint and new carpet wont fix.. it definatly needs a new kitchen and the extension on the house needs to be fixed (its a nice den extension with 2 big bay windows and a fireplace)

so all in all we liked it and placed a bid (about 25K less than they wanted because the windows the bay ones are rotted and need to be fixed and they are being held up by stilts and the back wall in the extension has MAJOR MAJOR errosion.. looks like it needs a new roof and with all the updating we figured that the price we bid was good enough.

So now for the next couple of hours i will bite my nails waiting for the agent to call...
