Hole 10: 404 yards, par-4
Sorenstam's opening tee shot (the first shot hit by a woman on the PGA Tour in 58 years) went straight and true, 243 yards down the middle of the fairway. Her second shot (9-iron) found the center of the green, about 14 feet from the hole. The birdie putt came up short, but she nailed the second putt for PAR.
Hole 11: 609 yards, par-5
Another straight tee shot, right down the middle of the fairway (258 yards). Using a fairway wood on her second shot, she layed up about 130 yards short of the hole. Her third shot, a short iron, landed about 15 feet from the hole. Her first putt came up short of the hole, but she drained her second one for a second straight PAR.

She has a really good short game...so I'm surprised she's not making some of these birdies...since she is hitting some great drive...
did you see the interview with Singh who was all upset that she is playing...and that he is not playing this week 'b/c his wife wants to spend time with him'...such damage control...I can't believe some of these men!!

Erica, I saw that, that is a cop out, that is not what he said when they first allowed her to play. He said he refuse to play if she plays. ![]()
My hubby said him of all people should not be speaking in that manner, he must have forgotten how so few short years ago someone of his color was not allowed to play. People fought for his rights why is he trying to deny her, her right to play. Bastid ![]()
