I just wanted to say good morning. Did we all have a great weekend?? Anyone doing anything fun? Any progress with the wedding planning? Im not in the mood for work today (as you can tell). Errr Mondays are icky.

Christine- I also got a ring bearer and flower girl!
I had an ok weekend. Saturday I had a bad headache all day (which ruined the whole day). Yesterday I did laundry, went food shopping, and went to my friends' house for a bbq with our flower girl and ring boy. Honestly though, I felt a little sad about the whole wedding thing.

I am exhausted today. FH & I had a wedding last night & we got in late....I wanted to stay in bed this morning
Otherwise it was a great weekend. Tons of sun & hanging out in the pool! Plus this is a short week for me. My mom is coming home for the weekend, so I took Friday off to spend with her!

Hollie! I was just reading your post, hadn't had a chance to reply! Congratulations! How excited are they????
I originally wasn't going with a RB b/c there weren't any younger boys in our family (mom's side) but I asked my uncle (dad's side) for his youngest (5 y/o) and they said they would be honored.
Turmoil between the two sides of the family, but they'll have to put it aside for the big day!

Good Morning!! Ugh, I hate Mondays!
I had a good Sunday, we went to our FGs 1st B-day party. Oh, and I gave FH sticker shock when I told him the cost of my dream invites ($850-1000 depending on the design). I then told him I decided to compromise and not spend more than $500.

my birthday weekend is now officially over but now we have a count down to Friday to when we close on our first house!! I got a bunch of bling bling from FH for my b-day and for our 7-yr anniversary!

I didn't go much this weekend... Just getting over a sinus infection
Spent time with my MOH on Sat and babysat my little pillowboy Sat nght. Yesterday one of my old friends from the block I grew up on in Brooklyn became a cop and just got a new apartment, so he had an apartment-warming party-My FI & I went there. No wedding planning this weekend
Next Saturday Im going shopping for the FG dress.. other then that.. nothing else planned. Im in that in-between stage where I have most of the major things booked.. everything else I have to do can wait until next year, so from now until Dec its smooth sailing.

Good Morning....
I had a pretty uneventful weekend. I went shopping yesterday with my Mom to kill some time and suprisingly enough I found 2 gowns for the formal nights on our honeymoon cruise. I found the gowns at Fashion Bug (I wasn't even looking for gowns).
They were having a great sale; I ended up spending about $100 between both dresses.

Good morning girls!!
No progress on the wedding front this weekend...instead we bought birthday presents our friend, my dad, and my FFIL, since we are going to a joint birthday party for them in two weekends (its also FH's birthday, but I ordered his gift online to keep it a surprise )
The next two weekends though, we're going to see two florists (La Blossom and Flower Michelle) and 3 officiants.Hopefully by the end of August we'll have both booked.

GMB! I got back late last night from one of my friend's from college wedding. I was a BM and it was held in Avon, CT. It was so much fun! They just don't do the whole cocktail hour as elaborate as us New Yorkers. It was just very exhausting weekend - up at 6am on Saturday for hair/makeup & not in my hotel bed until after 1am. She looked beautiful in her Eve of Milady Gown!

Good Morning Brides!
We had OOT guests in this weekend so there was zero wedding planning accomplished. My goal is to officially decide on a reception hall by next Monday. I know it is crazy that I haven't picked on yet, but I have been looking a lot. 17 places already!
