good news!!

i just found out that we were approved by the co-op board!
now we just have to get our mortgage done by february and we're all set!!!
yay!!!

yeah - i was a little scared because the co-op we were looking at was only available because the people looking at it before us were turned down by the board....and they had a bunch of interviews yesterday - and apparently not all of the people were approved!
i guess it's been proven....tom and i are desireable people!!!!

i can't wait to not have to travel for 40 minutes to see him....
or not to see him during the week because i have to work the next day...

Palebride my FH is 40 min away too. I know what you mean about it being tough to see each other. We are in contaract with a co-op right now...we will be able to move in Jan/Feb. Where is yours? good luck!

we're in contract now and are planning to move in in Fevruary most likely!
