Good news /Work Vent/...

So few days ago I asked my boss for few Saturdays off, he said ok which to me meant that I am back to working Monday through Friday... so he called me like an hour ago, yelling at me that just because he said OK to me having Saturdays off but that doesnt mean that I will work on Fridays... he said Fridays are slow and he doesnt need two people working on that day... well if I worked every other Friday that would mean that one week I would have only 32 hours I told him thats not enough hours so he tells me you can work every other Saturday, it was like talking to a retard so I told him if he doesnt like it I might not work at all... so imagine he tells me you can work 2 months and then leave and during this time he will find someone new lol who does he think I am an idiot? I will train someone new and then leave? I dont think so buddy so I told him I would come tomorrow for my money and my check and adios
I like the job but it is not worth it, I run this agency for him, he doesnt do anything and he treats me like this? I dont think so... time to move on if you cant appreciate it, good-bye

oh I dont know Lolita, he has been getting weirder and weirder I guess the more money you have the stranger you get... I could never treat people the way he is treating everyone...

aw, well im not going to say 'dont think about it' cuz you obviously are going to, but really i guess the only thing you can really do is see how tomorrow plans out. i have my fingers crossed for you though

Seriously, you're better off without people like that in your life. I say it's a good thing because you deserve to be surrounded by people who make you feel good...especially during wedding time!!! Best of luck!!!

well he apologized, at the end I got what I wanted... anyways, I will take it back so I have income while I am looking for something else... I have good relationships with a lot of people that we deal with everyday and I have made some phone calls already... I will let you know how it goes, but today it is looking up

Aga you go girl you stood for what you beleive in and that is probably killing him that you stood your groung and now he is losing the best employee he had.

Its ok you know what they things happen for a reason you are meant for something better thats all.
